DELIVERY

We carefully pack all orders to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Shipping costs:

• Poland: PLN 18

• Other countries: depending on the region : UE - 60 PLN (approx. 14 EUR), USA 140 PLN (approx. 33$)

Orders over PLN 500 ( approx.  120 EUR /140$ ) are shipped FREE of charge.

Order processing time

Orders are shipped within up to 3 business days from the moment payment is received.
Custom or individual orders are processed within the timeframe agreed individually via private message.

RETURNS

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract and return purchased goods within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Please note that personalized products and products made to the customer’s special order are not eligible for return.
